ROAN Health ("ROAN," "we," "us," or "our") operates a platform that connects patients with affiliated, independently owned and operated medical practices offering ketamine therapy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information through our website, intake forms, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not cover the medical records created and maintained directly by the affiliated clinicians who evaluate and treat you — those records are governed by the practice's own HIPAA notice of privacy practices.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and the health history and clinical information you share during intake and consultations. We also collect information automatically when you use our Services, such as device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with our site, through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies.

We do not sell your health information.
