By accessing or using the ROAN Health website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
ROAN Health operates a platform that provides administrative and technology services to independently owned and operated medical practices offering evaluation and prescription of compounded ketamine and related treatments. ROAN does not itself practice medicine or provide clinical care — all evaluations, prescribing decisions, and treatment plans are made solely by the licensed clinicians affiliated with those practices.
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from ROAN about our services. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or replying STOP to a text message. Opting out of marketing won't affect transactional messages about your care, such as appointment or prescription notices.
Please read this section carefully. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and ROAN each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action. This section survives termination of your use of the Services.
Where a clinician prescribes treatment, ROAN may facilitate fulfillment through a default compounding pharmacy for your convenience. You're free to request that a prescription be sent to a pharmacy of your choosing instead, subject to that pharmacy's ability to fill compounded prescriptions and any applicable state requirements.
When you make a purchase through the Services, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate. Prices for consultations, treatment, and medication are disclosed before purchase and may include bundled fees from affiliated practices or pharmacy partners.
Compounded ketamine and related services offered through ROAN are generally self-pay and are not billed to insurance. You are responsible for the full cost of services at the time they're rendered. Where available, we may provide documentation you can submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement, without any guarantee of coverage.
If you enroll in a treatment plan or subscription involving recurring shipments or visits, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can update your payment method or cancel future charges at any time by contacting us; charges already processed are handled under our standard billing and refund practices.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment is available only following an individualized evaluation by a licensed clinician, who will determine whether ketamine therapy is appropriate for you. Compounded ketamine is not approved by the FDA, and outcomes vary by individual.
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or are in a life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, you can also call or text 988 for immediate support.
We may update, correct, or remove information on the Services at any time without notice, including pricing, availability, and descriptions of treatment. We are not liable for any such changes, errors, or inaccuracies.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during intake and treatment, and to use any prescribed medication only as directed by your clinician. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ROAN Health or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at the email below with a description of the work and its location on the site.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including pharmacy or payment partners, that we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any linked site.
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as by email or through notices posted on the site. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROAN Health and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAN Health and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, regardless of the legal theory asserted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ROAN Health is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. For material changes, we'll provide reasonable advance notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
